Refund & Cancellation Policy – EzyLibrary

Thank you for choosing EzyLibrary. We value your trust and want to ensure full clarity on our payment, refund, and cancellation practices.


1. Subion Payments

  • EzyLibrary services are offered on a subion basis.

  • Subion fees must be paid in advance using approved payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

  • All amounts displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable under Indian law).


2. Free Trial Policy

  • Certain plans may include a free trial period, allowing users to evaluate the platform before making a payment.

  • Users are encouraged to fully explore the services during the trial.


3. No Refund Policy

  • Once a subion fee is paid, it is non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds for:

    • Partial usage of services.

    • Early cancellation within an active subion period.

    • Downtime due to internet issues, device issues, or events beyond our control.


4. Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subions will remain active until the end of the chosen period.

  • Users may choose not to renew their subion before the expiry date.

  • Non-renewal means services will automatically stop after the subion period ends.


5. Account Termination

  • EzyLibrary reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Termination due to such violations does not qualify for a refund.


6. Changes to Policy

  • EzyLibrary may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

  • Updated policies will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
